Succeeding at stewardship development depends on a year-round, ongoing
program:
++Develops deeper understanding
++Builds commitment to ministry- both involvement and financial
++Enables a more successful fall pledge effort
++Less stress for the stewardship committee- it is an education and
communications committee, not a fund-raising committee

"Jump-starting your year-round stewardship program"

Your stewardship committee will leave the workshop with a year-round plan
for your congregation and the resources to do it. This is a very practical,
hands-on workshop.

Send your entire stewardship committee. They will work as a committee
throughout the workshop and be led through the process of developing a
year-round plan so that they leave ready to execute the plan right away.

That means recruiting a stewardship committee ready to start now and work
throughout the year. it is what works.

The workshop is facilitated by Michael Redpath. Michael has been a
stewardship teacher, consultant, and preacher in the Diocese of New Jersey
for more than 30 years and is a consultant member of The Episcopal Network
for Stewardship.
