and learn new strategies to boost your group's effectiveness.  Explore the
spiritual foundations of creative group work, strategic steps towards
achieving commitment, engagement and efficiency, and the delegation of
skills necessary to grow fully sustainable small group and volunteer
ministry.

from this event.  

Our keynote speaker, Sheelagh Clarke, B.Ed., M.A., M.Div., is Assistant
Rector of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Westfield.  She is on the board of
The Wardlaw-Hartridge School in Edisor, NJ, and has extensive educational
management experience.
