[DioNJ] 225th Annual Diocesan Convention

We look forward to seeing you at the 225th Annual Diocesan Convention being
held on Friday, February 27 and Saturday, February 28, 2009 at the Wildwoods
Convention Center in Wildwood, New Jersey.  You should have received three
convention mailings.  The fourth, containing the financials, is on it's way.
If you have misplaced any of the materials, please visit our website:

meantime, can you help in any of the areas below.  We appreciate any time
that you can give.  Thank you.

 

              

Banner bearers are invited to process at the convention Eucharist on Friday,
February 27 at 10 a.m.  They should report to Meeting Room #2 at the
Wildwood Convention Center on Friday, February 27 at 9:30 a.m.  Please label
your stand and banner with your church name and town.  

Ushers are needed to help before and during the Eucharist.  Please send your
name, address, phone, email, church and town to Ann Notte at 609 394-5281 or
<javascript:void(0);> anotte at newjersey.anglican.org.  Ushers are asked to
report to Meeting Room #3 on Friday, February 27 at 8:30 a.m. for
instructions.

Pages are needed to help with the voting process on Friday and Saturday.
Please forward your name, address, phone, email, church/town to  Cecilia
Alvarez at 609 394-5281  or calvarez at newjersey.anglican.org.  Pages are
asked to report on Friday, February 27 at 10:30 a.m. to the designated area
for Pages and will be needed till about 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.  Please
contact Cecilia for more information.

 

Young adults (college age) are welcome to participate in the registration
process at convention on Friday, February 27 and to assist with voting on
Friday afternoon and Saturday till about 3:00 p.m.  Please forward your
name, address, phone, email, and church/town to The Rev. Gregory Bezilla,

or  <javascript:void(0);> anotte at newjersey.anglican.org.   Volunteers are
asked to report to Meeting Room #2 in the Wildwoods Convention Center at
