Vet candidates with other dioceses.

Work with search committee chairs and vestries in southern part of diocese, as trained by Canon Geitz.

Attend deployment conferences.

Prepare materials for Committee on Priesthood, Committee on Diaconate, Commission on Ministry, and Standing Committee meetings.

Keep record of each person in COP process with address, phone, email, and next steps listed.

Send application forms to interested parties for Diaconate and Priesthood.

Send medical, psychological, and personal forms to applicants.

Update COP members contact information.

Set up schedule for COP and Standing Committee interviews with candidates; provide contact information to COD.

Provides administrative support to the Canon for Ministry Development and Deployment.

Manages paperwork for the ordination process to the Diaconate and Priesthood.

Maintains database for deployment concerns and issues Deployment Updates.

Manages Ministry Institute Clergy event registration.

Oversees administrative tasks for Clergy Conferences.
